Naturally, to work at 3M you need to be a free thinker and have plenty of drive and ambition.
You will need:
- The right to live and work in the EU
- A minimum of 'C' in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualifications
- A minimum of 3 'C's (240 UCAS points) at 'A' level/Scottish Highers or other equivalent qualifications (Excluding General Studies)
- A UCAS tariff of at least 240 points
- To have or be on target to achieve a minimum 2:1 degree.

UK Graduate starting salary: c.£23,000-£25,000.
Ireland Graduate starting salary: c.€25,000-€30,000.
