3. How do I get in touch with a general product issue or query?

6. How can I submit an idea for a new product?
Each year 3M assess thousands of ideas, including many that come from people outside of our organisation for both improvements to existing products and new product ideas. Please visit our “Submit An Idea” website at http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/Submit/YourIdea
Please note that for legal & practical reasons we can only accept and assess a new idea if it protected by a granted or issued patent and submitted to us using our approved process as detailed on the website.

7. Does the product I am using contain latex?

8. Do 3M offer incentives or promotional items?
We regret to advise that 3M are unable to provide incentives or promotional items. As a member of the ABHI (Association of British Healthcare Industries) 3M is bound by its Code of Business Practice. This has strict guidelines on how its members interact with healthcare professionals, both qualified and trainee, particularly around influencing their current or future purchasing decisions. For this reason, 3M is unable to support these types of requests.
