As a 3M apprentice, you will work closely with your managers and your wider team, building a network of support to help you achieve your own goals, while we ensure you get the training you need to excel. You will also work towards gaining your Advanced and/or Higher level qualifications, relevant to your role within the company. This programme of structured learning and development will equip you with the right skills and tools necessary for a professional career.
