    3M™ DBI-SALA® Confined Space HC (High Capacity) Core Insert Base is constructed of 304 stainless steel and is installed flush into the working surface. It's designed to be inserted into a drilled core and is secured with adhesive. When used as part of our complete system, this base meets the requirements of EN795:2012, EN1496:2006, CEN/TS 16415:2013, and AS/NZS 5532.

    For a core insert base (stainless steel) designed for use with 3M™  DBI SALA® davit masts as part of a confined space rescue and work support system, use 3M™ DBI SALA® Confined Space HC (High Capacity) Core Insert Base. Our core insert base is constructed of SAE 304 stainless steel, which provides corrosion protection against the elements and is silver in appearance. It's designed to be installed flush into the working surface, reducing or eliminating surface obstructions that can occur with surface mounted davit bases. And, intended to be inserted into a drilled core and secured using an appropriate adhesive. The friction reducing insert sleeve is constructed of thermoplastic which aids in davit rotation.   When used as part of our complete system, this base meets the requirements of EN795:2012, EN1496:2006, CEN/TS 16415: 2013, and AS/NZS 5532. All 3M™ DBI SALA® HC Bases are designed to be used in combination with 3M™ DBI SALA® HC Davit Masts, and together form a perfectly matched confined space rescue and work support system.
