    3M™ Lapping Film 262X is made from precisely graded aluminum oxide particles coated on a 3 mil polyester film. The product is in polishing fiber optics as well as precision lapping operations. The product provides a smooth surface on precision electronic parts.

    For a smooth and uniform finish on precision electronic parts when polishing fibre optics and in precision lapping operations, use 3M™ Lapping Film 262X. Our lapping sheets are made up of precisely graded aluminium oxide particles coated on a 3mil polyester film. The tight particle distribution offers a more consistent cut rate and finish, and the resin is softer compared to other aluminium oxide products. Choose from discs, sheets or rolls in a 1.0 micron grade
