  • Provides a waterproof, sterile barrier to external contaminants including liquids, bacteria and viruses. In vitro testing shows that the transparent film provides a viral barrier from viruses 27 nm in diameter or larger while the dressing remains intact without leakage.
  • Recommend use of waterproof cover over dressing and I.V. site when showering

3M™ Tegaderm™ HP (Holding Power) Transparent Film Dressing is a sterile, waterproof dressing with extra holding power - even in moist conditions. Our dressings are latex free and breathable to allow skin to function normally. They improve comfort by conforming and flexing to patient movement and body contours.

  • Abrasions, skin tears and minor excisions
  • Closed Intact Surgical Wound
  • Skin graft donor sites
  • Superficial partial thickness burns
