Use 3M™ Lapping Film 268X for polishing fibre optic connectors. 3M lapping film sheets comprise of tightly packed aluminium oxide minerals, coated on 3 mil polyester film with a PSA backing. Available in a 0.30 micron grade.
For a smooth, uniform finish when polishing fibre optic connectors, use 3M™ Lapping Film 268X. 3M lapping film sheets are tightly packed and precisely graded aluminium oxide particles, coated on a 3mil polyester film, with a PSA backing. The tight particle distribution ensures a more consistent cut rate and finish. Choose from discs and sheets in a 0.30 micron grade.
