Ready kits include the most common components for common applications. This kit includes a 3M™ PF-600E turbo unit, M-207 face shield, filters, charger and belt. The 3M™ PF-600E turbo unit features audible and visual alarms that alert the user to low battery or if the flow rate falls below the manufacturer's minimum design flow rate of 160 l/min. The unit incorporates a simple button operation and the button is shielded to prevent accidental shut-off. The unit has an IP 65 rating with filters and decontamination plugs fitted to the filter and hose ports, making it suitable for cleaning by showering/water spray. The integrated battery is safely enclosed within the turbo unit casing and is rechargeable in-situ.
