3M™ Nextel™ Braided Sleeving AS-40, made from 312 Grade continuous filament ceramic roving is available in multiple diameters and wall thicknesses up to 2.5 inches in diameter. Designed for continuous use temperatures up to 2200oF (1204oC), AS-40 sleeving is ideal for protective applications requiring high temperature, electrical or thermal insulation or where flame resistance is needed.

3M™ Nextel™ AS-40 Braided Sleevings are made from 3Ms continuous Nextel™ 312 ceramic fibers. Nextel™ 312 AS-40 sleevings retain strength and flexibility at continuous temperatures of up to 2192°F (1200°C).
