    • The RHS Chatsworth Flower Show takes place from 7-11 June and Andrew Lee’s installation - inspired like all of his work by the dynamism of nature - takes pride of place in front of the historic house.

‘Flags’ is the centrepiece of the three-part installation and has been created using 201 flags covered in 3M Dichroic Film. The film is made using 3M multi-layer optical film technology and colour shifts when viewed from different angles and in different light and weather conditions.

Andrew says that the 3M film was perfect for the sculpture. He added: “The graduated colour changes of Dichroic Film enhance the ability of the sculpture to capture the subtle movements of the wind.”

The Chatsworth Flower Show is the first major RHS event to be launched in more than a decade and celebrates design revolutionaries past, present and future, providing a showcase for those at the forefront of horticulture and design.
