3M™ EMI Shielding Tape 1183 is an easily die-cut, solderable 0,04 mm tin-plated copper foil tape with conductive adhesive for EMI shielding and static charge draining when grounded. Acrylic adhesive has good resistance to heat, oxidation, solvents and oils. Easy solderable.
3M™ EMI Shielding Tape 1183 has deadsoft, tin-plated, copper foil backing with a pressure-sensitive, electrically conductive, acrylic adhesive that ensures firm adherence. This tape has tin plating, which resists oxidation and facilitates soldering to the backing. The conductive particles in the adhesive offer low resistance between the substrate and the backing. This tape withstands a wide temperature range of -40 to 266 degrees F (-40 to 130 degrees C). This flame-retardant tape is designed for grounding and EMI shielding in equipment, components and shielded rooms. UL Listed and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
