The film is easy to cut, handle and reposition during the lay up process and is cocurable with adhesive films and prepregs in 120°C to 180°C cure cycles. In addition, AF 3074 FST offers a consistent expansion ratio (up to 230%) which can be adjusted through temperature ramp up rate depending on the needs of the application. With excellent mechanical strength, FST properties, and the option to store at room temperature for 6 months (when stored in sealed original packaging); AF 3074 FST is a verstaile core splice adhesive film suitable for a wide variety of cabin interior and aero-structure honeycomb part applications.
