The 3M™ Scott™ RAS (Respiratory Airline Supply) airline breathing apparatus set is a positive pressure set that provides the highest levels of breathing protection. The RAS apparatus is ideal for areas with high levels of particulate or aerosol contamination.

With an assigned protection factor of 2000*, the 3M™ Scott™ RAS airline breathing apparatus provides the highest degree of respiratory protection. This open-circuit positive-pressure airline breathing apparatus generally contains a positive-pressure demand valve, supply hose, and a standard adjustable bandolier harness. The standard harness features a strong, robust fabric webbing that makes it more resilient for regular, heavy use. The set can be used with a standard mask to provide a cost-effective standard airline set or with an RAS face mask which is also fitted with a negative-pressure filter to allow entry and egress to working areas where the user doesn’t need to be connected to an airline.
