Non-Intumescent Single Layer Mat Solution for A Range of Emission Control Designs
Featuring an erosion-resistant needled polycrystalline fiber construction, Interam Mat Mount 1670HT is a single layer solution that can be used in a wide range of operating temperatures (ambient to 1100°C). It is suitable for light-duty and commercial vehicles applications, contains low organic content (approx. 2%) and has excellent fiber resiliency for substrate retention.

Designed for easy handling
Interam Mat Mount 1670HT was designed to be easy to handle during assembly. The surface coating allows for lower push-in forces, which can help improve canning performance, and the color on one side of the mat provides easy visual control during assembly.

Applications
Interam Mat Mount 1670HT is designed for use over a wide range of applications. This all-around mount mat can be used in gasoline and diesel applications and performs well in systems with bigger gaps (up to 6mm).
