3M™ Electrically Conductive Double-Sided Tape 9772 Series is an XYZ-axis electrically conductive pressure sensitive adhesive (CPSA) tape that helps enable devices to meet electromagnetic compatibility requirements. It consists of a conductive copper foil matrix carrier, a conductive acrylic adhesive, and a polyester (PET) release liner on the top and bottom. This thin, reliable copper shielding tape has high XY-axis electrical resistance compared to other standard double-sided conductive tapes. It offers excellent conformability, good EMI shielding in the bond line gap and excellent electrical contact to small-size grounding areas. The conductive acrylic-based adhesive provides high adhesion, especially for a thin double-sided tape.
