3M™ Interam™ Mat Mount 1680HT is a non-intumescent, needled polycrystalline fibre mat with low extractable sodium content for the newest particulate matter (PM) sensor designs in internal combustion engine (ICE) emission systems. With global manufacturing capabilities, this vehicle emissions mat also helps deliver cost-optimization benefits.
A single-layer mat solution, Interam mat mount 1680HT offers easy canning performance, enables design flexibility and features low organic content (approx. 0.2%). It delivers excellent erosion resistance and low thermal conductivity, and makes a great choice for gas and diesel applications and systems with small to large gaps (3.2-6 mm).
