3M™ SFTW-203 Black is a thinwall polyolefin heatshrink tubing. Shrink ratio is 3:1, min. shrink temperature is 135°C, operating temperature is -55°C to +135°C. RoHS compliant, flame retardant - self extinguishing. Good chemical resistance.

3M™ SFTW-203 is a thinwall polyolefin heatshrink tubing. Shrink ratio is 3:1, minimum shrink temperature is 135°C, operating temperature is -55°C to +135°C. SFTW-203A is RoHS compliant, flame retardant - self extinguishing, SFTW-203B is RoHS compliant, halogen and PBDE free. Both provide good chemical resistance. SFTW-203 is a highly flexible, fast shrinking tubing, offering superior properties. With excellent chemical and thermal resistance it is capable of meeting the toughest demands of the aerospace, military, offshore and railway industries, is ideally suited for identification purposes and is the prefered heatshrink tubing for most industries. It meets the stringent requirements of VG 95343, UL 224 and other international specifications. Because of it´s high shrink ratio, the heatshrink tubing can cope with components of varying diameter, with no tendency to split. SFTW-203A is available in sizes from 1.5/0.5 mm to 39.0/12.7 mm with a wall thickness (recovered) of 0.45-1.15 mm and color black. SFTW-203B is available in sizes from 1.5/0.5 mm to 39.0/12.7 mm with a wall thickness (recovered) of 0.45-1.15 mm and colour clear and black. Standard packaging in reels. Certificates / Approvals: UL-224 125oC 600 V, File E48398 / German Military(BWB) certificate K16/99085+99086 / VDE certificate 94972 / SAE-AMS-DTL 23053/5 class 1 / IEC 60684-3-212:2005
