3M™ Construction Seaming Tape 8087CW is a cold weather sheathing tape designed to seal seams on housewrap and exterior sheathing materials. This tape features an aggressive pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive mounted on a biaxially oriented polypropylene film. It performs exceptionally well in cold temperature applications.
For major housewraps use 3M™ Venture Tape™ Polypropylene Sheathing Tape 1585CW. Our biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) tape is coated with an aggressive acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive that sticks quickly, and performs well in cold temperatures as well as in high heat and humidity conditions. It features quick sticking and high tack properties, and can be used as a closure system and vapour seal on interior and exterior sheathing materials and as seam tape on extruded foam products.
