Standard Abrasives™ Buff and Blend HS Disc is made of a high strength non-woven nylon material and sharp cutting aluminium oxide mineral. We’ve designed our discs to resist fraying or tearing during challenging irregular surface or edgework and the flexible, pliable open web design resists loading.
Use Standard Abrasives™ Buff and Blend HS Disc to efficiently clean, lightly deburr and provide a consistent smear free finish to ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Our HS discs are made of a stiff, dense material that can withstand high pressure without folding over, even during work on challenging edges or irregular surfaces. They use sharp cutting aluminium oxide mineral, which gives a consistent scratch pattern and works well on many different types of metal. We’ve given the discs a flexible and pliable web which can work efficiently on awkward shapes and contours, without damaging the substrate. This open web resists loading, limiting the build-up of debris that can clog the abrasive and this helps to extend its working life.
