3M™ PTFE Skived Film Tape 5480 uses a skived, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), conformable film backing. Our tape offers an extremely low coefficient of friction.
Use 3M™ PTFE Skived Film Tape 5480 for wrapping rollers in manufacturing processes – to create a release surface that helps minimise clean-up. Our conformable tape offers excellent chemical resistance (except to organic solvents).
