3M™ Thermal Transfer Polyester Label Material 7815EH is our 50 micron, white polyester labelstock with a matt print receptive topcoat, and a 20 micron acrylic 310E adhesive on a 90 gsm glassine densified liner.

For thermal transfer printing use 3M™ Thermal Transfer Polyester Label Material 7815EH. It combines good print definition with the chemical and abrasion resistance of a matt coating, and has a polyester facestock that provides durability in harsh environments. Our label material uses the 310E adhesive which resists oozing and provides a firm, high strength bond to a variety of surfaces, including high surface energy (HSE) plastics, metals and a variety of other substrates. It also offers good chemical and UV resistance. The TT5 topcoat provides a smooth matt surface, enabling excellent thermal transfer images at reduced burn temperature settings, and also allows for improved ink anchorage in traditional forms of press printing. This label material is UL and cUL recognised.
