3M™Thermal Transfer Polyester Label Material 7810EH is our 50 micron, white polyester labelstock with a matt print receptive topcoat and 300E adhesive.

For thermal transfer printing, use 3M™ Thermal Transfer Polyester Label Material 7810EH. It combines good print definition with the chemical and abrasion resistance of a matt coating. Our polyester label material uses the 300E adhesive for an excellent quick tack and bond to a variety of surfaces. The adhesive bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, high surface energy (HSE) plastics and low surface energy (LSE) plastics. It is ideal for applications requiring high initial adhesion. The TT5 topcoat provides a smooth matt surface, enabling excellent thermal transfer images at reduced burn temperature settings. It offers improved ink anchorage for traditional forms of press printing. The polyester facestock gives durability in harsh environments. This label material is UL and cUL recognised.
