3M™ Round Conductor Flat Cable 3365 Series brings exceptional mechanical flexibility for added design freedom and efficient cabling in small and complex spaces. This cable combines 28 AWG (0.08 mm2), 7-strand copper wire on a 1.27 mm pitch with tough, bendable PVC primary insulation that helps extend cable life. It also helps save time and maximise labour costs during installation, allowing for mass termination using a broad range of IDC connectors. The cable is available in versions from 6 to 64 contacts and is zippable for easy branching and discrete termination. Manufactured in North America, 3M™ Round Conductor Flat Cable 3365 Series is ideal for wire-to-board applications.

Allows for IDC mass termination3M™ Round Conductor Flat Cable 3365 Series allows for Insulation Displacement Connection (IDC) termination. Technicians can make stable metal-to-metal contact through primary insulation for all contacts simultaneously – saving time especially for 3M cable 3365 series, which is available with up to 64 contacts.
- Flexible cable for long-term use
The 3M™ Round Conductor Flat Cable 3365 Series has been tested using a “Rolling Flex Test” to determine its flex capability without conductor failure. The cable was repeatedly flexed 180° around a range of flex radii which closely resemble typical usage. This chart presents test data showing the performance of 7-strand, 36 AWG 3M 3365 series cable up to a 1” flex radius.
