3M™ Body Gard Flat Coating is a stone chip coating in an aerosol format with a flat finish.
Protect automotive body panels from stone chips with 3M™ Body Gard Flat Coating. Our stone chip coating dries rapidly to give excellent stone chip resistance. It becomes tack free within 10-15 minutes and can be painted with air drying and low bake paints after two hours drying at normal temperature. To get good adhesion of any water based paints a primer is recommended. If you leave the product overnight before over coating, the coating should be scuffed with 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Ultrafine Grey.
