3M™ Polyethylene Tape 483, Clear, 51 mm x 33 m, 0.13 mm

We developed 3M™ Polyethylene Tape 483 as a high performance and versatile tape with a wide operational temperature range that remains flexible down to -20 degrees F.  We manufacture this tape in a variety of colors using a polyethylene backing with a strong rubber adhesive.

For nuclear power plant construction and maintenance applications use 3M™ Polyethylene Tape 483. It stretches and conforms to irregular surfaces and is both acid and alkali resistant. Its polyethylene backing provides good solvent resistance.
