3M™ Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil Tape 438 is for indoor and outdoor applications. Our tape has clear acrylic adhesive and its 0.13 mm thickness provides durability and is designed to resist flame, moisture, weather, chemicals and ultraviolet (UV) degradation.
The thicker foil backing of 3M™ Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil Tape 438 is more efficient at dissipating heat than a thinner foil tape, especially in situations where there is concentrated heat in a small area. Our tape is resistant to flame, moisture, UV degradation, weathering and harsh chemicals.
