Scotch® Electrical Grounding Braid 25 is a flat, all-metal woven electrical grounding braid that is compatible with all power cable insulations and high-voltage splicing and terminating materials. This braid is ideal for grounding and power cable shielding applications.
Scotch® Electrical Grounding Braid 25 is conformable due to its woven construction of 240 strands of 0.05 mm2 (#30 AWG) tinned copper. The braid offers high current carrying capacity with approximate equivalent of 13.3 mm2 (#6 AWG) wire. The braid is compatible with power cable insulation. It can be used for fault current path across shielded power cable joints and for grounding of cables, splices, terminations, or other cable accessories. RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
