For a temporary or permanent solution for cable abandonment use 3M™ Cold Shrink Cable Abandonment Kit CSCAK/5. Our kit has been designed for single and multi-core, low-voltage power cables up to 1.9/3.3 kV. Cable types include XLPE/PVC insulation, with or without lead sheath or armour. It’s also suitable for ship wiring and offshore cables, cables with corrugated aluminium sheath, and armoured instrumentation cables up to 5 kV.This CSCAK/5 kit is created for power cables with an overall diameter of 56-81 mm.3M Cold Shrink technology provides environmental sealing and mechanical protection, eliminating the need for heat and special tools, making a quick, simple and reliable installation.
