For use with Hookit™ abrasive discs. Use with random orbital sanders with 5/16-24 INT threads. Made with a low profile shape where surface leveling and high stock removal is desired.

Use coarse grade 3M™ Hookit™ Low Profile Disc Pad for aggressive flat sanding applications. Our innovative disc pads are made with firm density foam and a blunt 35° tapered edge for durability and coarse grades, so are ideal for applications where good levelling is needed. Our lightweight, shock-resistant backup pads hold a 3M™ Hookit™ Disc* on a random orbital sander or other rotary tool. Our Hookit system makes disc changes quick and easy and enables repeated use for the life of the disc, reducing material consumption. The disc pads have 5/16-24 external threads that are compatible with a random orbital sander or other tool with 5/16-24 internal threads. The one piece stud design improves balance and reduces vibration, enhancing finish quality and making them easier to handle, reducing operator fatigue. Our Hookit products are designed to make work more convenient. They allow more focus on task and less on tooling, and are compatible with any random orbital or rotary sander, buffer, grinder, drill, finishing sander or other power tool. Hookit abrasive products with our hook-and-loop backing feature loop material that mates to a back-up pad*. Tiny hooks firmly engage the loops, for quick and easy secure attachment during use. Use sanding, finishing, and surface conditioning products with our Hookit attachment and removal system for an efficient way to work through multi-step finishing processes.
