3M™ Thermal Transfer Polyester Label Material 92200 is our 50 micron, gloss white printable polyester label stock. It has a 65 micron acrylic adhesive SE100 on a 62 gsm white densified double sided glassine liner and is UL and cUL recognised.
For thermal transfer printing, use 3M™ Polyester Label Material 76610. Our label material is ideal for creating nameplates for durable electronic or sporting goods, barcode labels or rating plates. It has a high abrasion resistance, even with more aggressive chemicals such as brake fluid, and the 350E labelstock adhesive works on low surface energy substrates with temperature and chemical resistance in harsh environments. The 62 g/m2 densified glassine liner ensures consistent die cutting, and a topcoat provides improved ink anchorage for traditional forms of press printing. Resin ribbons are recommended for optimum durability.
