Use 3M™ Scotchcast™ Resin Kit 92-NBA for insulating, sealing and protecting in-line cable joints in electrical applications up to 1 kV. Designed to cover cable cross section ranges from 1.5 mm² to 240 mm², this premium resin cable joint kit contains 3M™ Scotchcast™ Resin 40, a hydrophobic polyurethane resin formulated for electrical insulation, moisture sealing and mechanical protection.The 92-NBA series is designed to support clean resin delivery during installation through the spout integrated into the resin bags and kit shell, helping enable controlled resin delivery during application. The included phase spacer helps position cables within the mould, while the transparent kit shell allows visibility during installation and filling. 3M™ Scotchcast™ Resin 40 meets CENELEC HD 631.1 S2 requirements and is compliant with EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and EU Directive 1907/2007/EC (REACH), supporting professional use in cable joint insulation and protection.
3M™ Scotchcast™ Premium Resin Cable Joint Kit series 92-NBA line is suitable for in-line application up to 1kV covering cable cross section range from 1.5 mm2 to 240 mm2. The series 92-NBA design allows for fast and clean installation thanks to the new 3M patented spout integrated in the resin bags and the kit shell. Correct cable setting is secured by the included phase spacer and the complete transparency of the kit shell. 3M™ Scotchcast™ 40 hydrophobic polyurethane resin meets CENELEC HD631.1 S2 requirements and is compliant with EU directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and EU directive 1907/2007/EC (REACH), guaranteeing the highest grade of electrical insulation for professional application.
