3M Scotch-Weld Structural Adhesive EC-1751 B/A provides excellent adhesion to metal, as well as void filling properties. Its 45 minute work life provides ample time for adjusting parts for precise fit. This unique epoxy adhesive can be used to replace mechanical fasteners, screws, rivets, spot welds, and is an ideal formula for metals. EC-1751 B/A starts as a high viscosity paste for easy, controlled dispensing that won't drip, sag or migrate when applied on vertical or overhead surfaces. It can be applied with a spatula, trowel or automated dispensing equipment. Flow characteristics are good, and suitable two-part mixing and metering equipment is also available for high volume application.
