3M™ Structural Adhesive SA9820 is a two-part epoxy adhesive formulated for design flexibility in OEM automotive applications such as structural and chassis assemblies. Excellent for bonding carbon composites, it cures at low temps and delivers the mechanical performance of 1K even on oily metals. Bonded substructures can be stored up to two months before full curing.
SA9820 is a high-crash resistant adhesive with fast strength build up at room temperature. It is optimal for bonding of composite and aluminium structures like battery cases.
