Scotch® Flatback Masking Tape 250, Tan, 25 mm x 55 m, 0.15 mm

Scotch® Flatback Masking Tape 250 serves as an ideal quality control paint adhesion testing tape. Featuring high peel adhesion and a strong flatback paper backing, this tape offers good tensile strength to resist breakage — making it perfectly suited for holding, bundling, and wrapping applications for a wide variety of materials where a strong paper backing is needed. In addition to its performance characteristics, Scotch® Flatback Masking Tape 250 provides a controlled unwind while remaining easy to tear and manipulate during the application process.

Scotch® Flatback Masking Tape 250 is engineered with intuitive features that have the user in mind. For example, because this tape performs best when used within 18 months of its manufacture date, the inside of the roll includes that date to easily identify the product’s shelf life. It is also tested to verify that it performs optimally in temperatures up to 52 °C for up to 30 minutes, while being certified to minimum of 6.57 N/cm adhesion to steel. Because of these unique properties, Scotch® Flatback Masking Tape 250 can be certified to meet AMS-3721.
