3M™ Dynatel™ Locators Maintenance in Europe, Middle East and Africa

This registration page is only for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) customers. For non EMEA requests, please go to 3M US Repair & Service Center page.

Our partner Communication Line in Belgium is responsible for centralizing all calibration and maintenance requests for EMEA 3M™ Dynatel locators. To initiate a request, please follow the steps provided on this page.


How to register

Kindly complete the registration request on this page.

Please ensure to include the necessary details such as the 3M™ Dynatel™ model, serial number, purchase order, and date of purchase. Once your request is received, our partner will acknowledge it within two working days and get back to you. If they confirm that the locator is still under warranty, they will request you to send it for repair, which will be covered by 3M. The shipping costs will also be reimbursed. However, if the locator is no longer under warranty, they will contact you to discuss the quote for a preliminary check.

  • Where to find the serial number?

    For any unit, please look for a white sticker with a bar code and find the SN# under the barcode. The receiver will have this sticker under the upper housing and the transmitter will have the serial number inside the storage cavity on the back wall. Serial number would be under the bar side.

    If the serial number label is missing on the M-Series unit, then:

    1. Turn the unit on
    2. Press the Menu
    3. Select Self-Test
    4. Find the Serial#
