From creating eye-catching graphics and signage to transforming vehicles, achieving stunning architectural finishes, illuminating signs and saving energy by controlling room temperature, 3M films offer a whole host of possibilities.

FESPA is the leading exhibition for the global digital, screen and textile print industry and this year is being held in Hamburg, Germany, from 8-12 May. The 3M team is delighted to welcome visitors to stand Halle A1, booth A1-85 where a number of new product innovations are being unveiled.

These include 3M™ Print Wrap Film IJ180mC with Comply™ Adhesive incorporating micro technology that delivers optimal initial tack and slideability for a smoother, faster installation for a range of applications including decorating vehicles and walls.

The new 3M™ Décor Overlaminates 8600 series is also on show – a collection of five textured films that offer a cost-effective and durable way to personalise and protect interiors – along with 3M™ Scotchlite™ Print Wrap Film 780mC that has a wide retro-reflective viewing angle providing daytime sparkle and nighttime shine.

Also on display is 3M™ Envision™ Wrap Film SV480mC and LX480mC, a premium film with a sustainability edge that is ideal for demanding applications, such a wrapping large fleets of vehicles and long-term building applications.

Eleven new colours in the 3M™ Wrap Film Series 1380 are being unveiled at FESPA too. These include on-trend Gloss Navy Metallic Blue, Gloss Sapphire Green Metallic and Matte Black Metallic as well as Gloss Lucid Yellow for emergency fleet applications and Gloss Flame Red for fire department vehicles.

New colours are also available for 3M™ Wrap Film Series 1080 – including Satin Caramel Luster, Gloss Lipstick Red and Gloss Flip Psychedelic – and new colours, patterns and effects for the 3M™ Wrap Overlaminate Series 8900 including Frosty Silver, Sunburst Gold and Mystic Silver.

Other innovations on display include 3M™ Knifeless Tapes that give car wrappers and installers a neat new way to cut through graphic film without using a blade and 3M™ Thinsulate™ Window Climate Control 75 that combines both sun control and insulation properties to help reduce energy bills all year round.

The show stand itself incorporates a number of 3M’s innovative film finishes including 3M™ Fasara™ Glass Decorative Film and 3M™ DI-NOC™ Architectural Finishes - which come in more than 800 designs - to demonstrate how easily any space can be transformed.
