These 3M thermal pads deliver excellent heat conductivity and electrical insulation with no siloxane outgassing which can cause electrical connection failure and fogging of optical components. Acrylic pads are conformable and compressible for efficient handling and consistent application, even to non-flat surfaces and in thin spaces.

Dual liner tapes are a great way to apply thermal conductivity and dielectric strength precisely where you need it. 3M adhesive transfer tapes feature high-strength pressure-sensitive adhesives loaded with thermally-conductive fillers. Some adhesives are formulated to bond to rough or low surface energy (LSE) substrates. They are ideal for thin bond applications.
